Our offerings include online holistic programs, courses, live sessions, and digital content designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and self-awareness. These services do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Outcomes will vary between individuals and results are not guaranteed.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in programs that may include somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, journaling, energy-based techniques, or emotional support methods. Participation may involve emotional responses or discomfort. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout your engagement with our materials.
We offer our services globally, including to residents of the United States and Canada. However, all services are delivered from Australia and are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Where permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or concerns will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calma Caregivers™ and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to perceived dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or loss arising from your participation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Our content is not a substitute for professional health advice. If you are under medical or psychological care, pregnant, or managing a chronic condition, you must consult your healthcare provider before participating. You agree not to use our services in place of medical or psychological treatment.
All content, materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Calma Caregivers™ and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or used commercially without written permission. Unauthorised sharing of login access or materials is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any program, including content or delivery format, where reasonably required. Refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with our refund policy, available upon request or listed on the program registration page.
Calma Caregivers™ is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our programs and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the program start date or digital product purchase.
Refunds are only available if less than 25% of the program or course content has been accessed or completed. Access is measured by platform tracking of modules viewed or content unlocked.
No refunds will be provided after full access has been granted or the program has commenced beyond 25% completion.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@calmacaregivers.com with your name, order details, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
